Consent to the publication of personal pictures Consent to the publication of personal pictures I hereby agree that photo and film recordings of above-mentioned member, which are taken in the context of events of the association, may be published by the association on its homepage and in print media. I am aware that photos published on the internet or in print media can be accessed or viewed worldwide and that re-use by third parties can not generally be ruled out. My consent is valid indefinitely, can be revoked at any time, with the consequence that publications on the homepage of the association are immediately deleted and future publications are omitted.

Consent to the use of personal data Consent to the use of personal data I hereby agree that the association Sport für ein guten Zweck e.V., as the responsible body, processes and uses the personal data collected in the membership application, such as name, first name, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number and bank details, exclusively for the purpose of member administration, fee collection and the transmission of club information by the association. Data transfer to third parties does not take place. The data will not be used for advertising purposes. Upon termination of membership, the personal data will be deleted unless they must be stored in accordance with tax law requirements. Within the framework of the requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act, every member has the right of information about the personal data stored about him/her at the responsible body. Furthermore, in the event of incorrect data, the member has a right of correction. I agree that the association Sport für ein guten Zweck e.V. may use my e-mail address and, if collected, my telephone number for communication purposes.
